I'm writing it to share my experience with Bairesdev recruitment. Last year April/May I applied on Linkedin for a Java position. Instantly, I was invited for online tests. After finishing there was introductory interview with recruiter. Then they arranged a technical interview. After this interview there was communication from Bairesdev time to time asking me if I was still available or not, they may call me anytime. In the meantime, recruiter changed, I was introduced to new recruiter. As it was already quite long time, I inquired about it in February. I received instant reply from a new recruiter, he said I was in queue getting a call soon. Then the pandemic started and I thought this process may get late. However, I again contacted on September and that same guy from last communication told me that I have to apply for Bairesdev job again. So then I looked for some suitable openings from Bairesdev on Linkedin and sent mail to their jobs mail and received invite for same tests that I went through last year. I explained in reply that I already completed this process last year and was waiting to be hired. If they want to further check my skills, they can give me some assignments/tasks, what's the point going the same process again. The guy repeated the same thing in reply that I have to go through those same tests. Finally, I decided to quit. The whole story is now almost one and half year long. So, I would request people to be cautious, it may turn out to be waste of valuable time. Thanks

In 1st F2F round they will ask basic questions from OOPS, Multithreading, Collections, SQL, JOINS, and about the project you have mentioned in the resume, (I have mentioned based on Spring MVC, Spring Boot). So the questions were from there. 2nd F2F was almost same with some additional questions from RESTFul web services
