I really enjoyed the design challenge activity that Framework provided. It was a real time engagement where they presented a few "opportunity areas" for me to choose from. Unlike other design challenges in the past, they were outside of the subject matter of the work, and also playful, which created more space for dialogue and creativity.

Tell me about a time when things (project, relationship, client, etc) didn't go as you expected them to. How did you handle it?
They just asked me to talk about my work. The ACD seemed un-engaged and a bit pretentious. He also did not respond to several thank you emails and correspondence. I backed away from the opportunity.
