The interview questions were standard; things like given the current environment how would you move things forward, or give me an example of when you were successful in ambiguous situation. The interviewers all had a standard playbook with each asking questions from a different section.

The interview process was very straight forward, previous experience, behavioral, situational, good conversation. The most interesting was a role playing exercise around conflict negotiation. Everyone was bright and genuine. No abstract questions (e.g. estimate the number of sheep in Nebraska or windows in New York).
