They asked for me to complete a panel presentation for a 30/60/90 Day plan for my onboarding. (The level of detail requested seemed a bit much to someone coming in at a Manager level, but as I was clear about the Director title I had no problem completing this)
The hiring VP, who is by trade a software developer, asked me to sketch out their operational process on a very small white board, identifying areas of improvement that I would focus upon in trying to make their business more efficient and less costly.
C-level execs spoke in Spanish to me.

I was not really interviewed, since I already knew the owners and had worked in the industry we basically discussed the position and how to move forward if I were to accept the job.
