The VP of IT asked me a lot of operational questions regarding project management, portfolio management, SDLC, etc. He interrupted most of my answers. And most of the time he just talked about himself, the company and what he's done with the department. Overall, it was a weird interview.
What are your salary / compensation requirements?
Literally it was as if they had no clue what was going on
They asked for a presentation on leadership style - without much context or really equipment to present easily
