Standard questions, but there was an editing test.
I think the hardest question was a scenario question; I recall it was something like "What course of action would you take if you were having a difficulty with a project or fellow employee?"
All questions seemed relatively easy to answer since it was only the first interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. They asked general questions about my experience and expectations. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Describe a time when you were affected by a change over which you had no control and how you dealt with it.
How do you handle stres? What is open access? Who pays fees for publishing in open access? Are you team or solo worker? Why did you choose your faculty?
