They asked us to pick two out of the five categories of the store/company that we were most and least excited by. I don't know how much weight this carried in the process or if they were trying to match their opening to someone who was excited in something they lacked, but it felt like a poor question because there are applicants who may have been equally excited about all 5 categories.

They asked us to pick two out of the five categories of the store/company that we were most and least excited by. I don't know how much weight this carried in the process or if they were trying to match their opening to someone who was excited in something they lacked, but it felt like a poor question because there are applicants who may have been equally excited about all 5 categories.

Lululemon's big question of the day will be what are your goals in 5-10 years, so depending on your age and where you are in life it is a tough question. many people don't get hired because they just don't know what their goals are in future so Lululemon takes that as a negative instead of looking into a persons background or what they may have to offer the company. the other ridiculous question is what kind of animal would you be and why.

Lululemon's big question of the day will be what are your goals in 5-10 years, so depending on your age and where you are in life it is a tough question. many people don't get hired because they just don't know what their goals are in future so Lululemon takes that as a negative instead of looking into a persons background or what they may have to offer the company. the other ridiculous question is what kind of animal would you be and why.
