How would you handle unruly customers, etc, etc
What have you done above and beyond to help a customer. Really a waste of time... they didn't really try to see if you would fit the position.

Drug use? Recruiters are extremely paranoid about the use of any drug and must fill out a great deal of paper work for an affirmative answer.
