What types of work can you outsource?
The questions were pretty standard. Typical behavioral questions about working with others, difficult experiences, and strengths and weaknesses. They wanted to know why I thought I was a good fit and why I liked Nielsen. The toughest question was "What are you best at?".
The behavioral interview was more technical than expected, asking questions like "what are the assumptions of a linear regression model?" Nothing too difficult if you know your stuff, but its a good idea to review the basics.

Design and write down a basic diagram of a campus wide announcements system that can send out alerts to everyone on campus
There were no difficult questions in either of the phone interviews . Just the old classics: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" etc.
