The interview was interesting, and for some may have been difficult because of how I chose to answer the questions. Remember, I was once in her shoes and I hated having to keep fogging a mirror to meet a 25 person headcount every week for a call center. I hated having to fire people I believed could do the job with the right support; and, I tried very hard to give them the right support. So, honesty is the way I play even if the mantra of the recruiting industry is to massage the words so bad looks good.
