Technical Interview... After the aptitude test if you get passed you will get a call in three days saying you have been selected to the next round. And you will be informed about the phone interview. Phone interview is based on the post you applied. I applied for android and my projects was in android as well.SO there were questions on my project as well.And then on some of the basic OOP concepts.It took about 20 minutes.Which was considerably easy if you know the basics well. HR interview... If you get pass for the technical interview you will get a call in 7 days maximum. I got the call in 4th day and I was asked to come for the interview on a day that is flexible for us. In this round they will ask about our project in nutshell and you will be told about the work environment and on leave. Overall you could get easily placed in this company if you are an average programmer. The salary they offered were very low and had to work 6 days a week and had restriction on leaves a s well. I would suggest you to go to this company as a last resort. Come on there are better companies here...
