System Design Interview - I was asked how I would design the frontend of Canva-like app. Leading questions about how to make the page load times faster etc. Code Interview (Javascript) - Was told to code a simple game-like app (using given images and simple div). Other related questions were asked about why I chose a specific way to do it.
Q: How did you help someone get promoted? How do you help quiet people on the team be heard? Did you ever have to fire someone. Pretty standard EM questions.
Interview questions were not challenging, and not technical engineering question were asked.
