Most unexpected question was being asked to name parts of a system, then demanded to explain how that part works and why its needed. This is after you were just asked to name part of the system you remember but explain that since you do not work with them at all in your every day position you would need a bit more training.
Each interview was approximately one hour. Questions were fairly easy to anticipate. I never felt like any interview was an interrogation. The interviewers were pleasant, friendly and informative.
