No proper interview questions at all. I told them about myself, 2 out of 3 interviewers came in late and they didn't even bother asking what they missed. Most of the time is me asking questions about the job and what it entails. Nothing about my skills and past experiences.

Each interviewer asked me the exact same questions repeatedly, I believe there is no communication within the company. They asked if I understood what the role was, why I want to leave my current job, if I feel comfortable with recruitment calls.
