The Senior Manager asked me questions varying from why I choose to work for an industry outside of my comfort zone. What I expected to gain out of this job? What I could bring to the company? How flexible would I be with working late nights? Would I be ok with traveling to different cities?

I was asked how I could make the customer experience most pleasant. What are new events would I want to plan. Explained my previous jobs and the skills that I would from that in the job I was interviewing for.
"Do you know what the work is?" and "Do you think you can do it?". These would be average questions but you have to understand everybody there does the same job and you don´t know about it before you actually do it.
