I was asked how I would enhance the company's efforts at reaching key decision makers with historically difficult to penetrate accounts.
Asked for overview of my career then asked a few questions about ability to work with other departments and influence change. Also asked about wiliness to relocate to Wisconsin. Asked about my current salary and bonus. HR sent me an email the next week indicating the the job was at a salary level well below what I am currently making so they would not pursue with me unless the job was later reclassified to a higher level.
How would I rate this 3 things for most important to least important, 1.) people, 2.) recognition, 3.) money.
