"To support those leadership conversations, it'd also be great if you could pull together a short presentation on how you would approach structuring and expanding the sales team over the course of 2025 to sell 100+ boats. That's a purposefully open-ended prompt. The purpose is to facilitate follow on conversations with myself and our leadership team, so the topic matters much less than the thinking that goes into it. Feel free to take it whatever direction you'd like, be it overall staffing, role composition within the team, physical expansion strategy, sales tooling, etc. You can make whatever assumptions you want to as well."
