I don't recall any specific questions...or any specific answers... it was a very typical interview, nothing out of the ordinary.
Complete disregard to the interview and the candidate.

The role playing portion was a little difficult because I didn't know the answer. They had me pretend to answer the phone and talk to a customer who was upset about a specific situation. I then had to figure out how to handle the situation.
