Basic HR level questions at the HR round but in order to get to the HR round you should clear the first two. The other two rounds basically check your problem solving capability, personal capabilities how your thought process, team spirit, leading capability would add value to the company. The two rounds basically judge how you would deal with problems.

All the questions were pretty basic, nothing caught me off guard. Just don't tell them you'd fire everyone who doesn't perform, it's an HR's nightmare.
