The hardest questions were about specific situations that one would encounter on the job such as if a patron was upset about facility hours and protocols. The interviewers wanted to see how you would handle a difficult situation with a patron. They also ask a fun question at the end to just see what your sense of humor is like. One example is, if you were a food what would you be?
