There were no "trick" questions. Come prepared having done your own independent research about the particular division where you are applying. Be prepared to talk in detail about your prior roles including what impact your work had on the business and what specific skills you possess that are relevant to Microsoft's needs.

The fourth round was all behavior questions, i.e., what do about: conflict with a co-worker, disagree about direction to take, under performing direct reports, have I ever been wrong and what did I do about it? Some multi-cultural issues, etc. Some of their questions were indirect. For instance instead of asking, "What your development needs?" they asked, "What are you working to improve?"

Nothing really difficult. Just normal Finance questions Bad planned, interviewer called 3 hours later than expected. This individual resulted in being my future boss, and now I understand better since he is always postponing meetings. THere is a lack of respect for people's time at this company

Nothing really difficult. Just normal Finance questions Bad planned, interviewer called 3 hours later than expected. This individual resulted in being my future boss, and now I understand better since he is always postponing meetings. THere is a lack of respect for people's time at this company
