A lot of questions on background and experiences. Really looking for a well rounded, good speaking manager. Also, MCK looks for 'player/coach' roles or working managers. Not bad per se as long as you are good rolling up sleeves.

With the above scenario the interviewer took a phone call while interviewing me and told me after a short time "thank you, that's enough".
I find the most difficult question to be the critique of one's self regarding his or her weaknesses. It's a bit of a trap, as there aren't many satisfactory answers.
Can you draw an income statement and explain how you would go about researching variances in individual income statement lines
