Give a short synopsis of your background and personality. / How would your friends describe you, in three words. / What are your strengths & weaknesses. / What is an ideal work environment for you. / How do you handle stressful situations which require multi-tasking and quick decision-making. In other words, the standard interview questions. NOTE: I put all this effort into filling this review out, only to find out when I tried to submit it that I cannot submit it unless every question Glassdoor asks is answered. Which is a bit of a letdown, because I only just stepped out of the interview an hour ago, feel very good about it, and feel like I might be getting an offer. #fingerscrossed However, the "Did you get an offer" question has three choices: No, Yes but I declined, and Yes and I accepted. So, it seems the "Interview Review" wasn't set up for someone in my position (i.e. interviewed and awaiting a decision). But since I'm loath to have wasted a bunch of time invested in writing all this out, I'm going to go ahead and answer with what I feel should and will happen: Yes, and I accepted. And hope that I didn't just jinx myself! :)
