What would you do if you did not know how to handle a certain problem?
What type of learner are you? Felt like they were looking for someone who doesn't need to be trained or want to learn. The wanted someone who likes to figure things out on there own with little or no help...I just graduated from college with no experience so didn't seem like the right fit for me.
The questions were not terribly difficult and were, for the first interview, general behavioural based questions for the first interview, a bit informal with the second interview (with the expectation that you will lead with questions), and the third one is really casual (with the expectation, I suspect, to see whether you're sociable etc).
From your research on state street, and also from the JD, what's attract you for this position? What is the most difficult class you had?
