Mostly get-to-know you questions. The need to relate every single answer with company's values and ideas extremely appeared to be crucial. A hypothetical scenario on tackling company's problem was asked too.
What do you believe to be the next challenges for the company?
none... it was super impersonal but yet the rejection was a personal statement about how I didn't have a PhD...
They asked a lot of "get to know me" questions and they reviewed my CV. They also asked questions about my knowledge and technical experience with programming languages.
