Tell me about a time you made a mistake, what was the situation, how did you feel, how did you address the mistake and what was the outcome?
There were not very many questions that surprised me ,jsut have examples of prior leadership experience.
Tell me about a time when you given feedback that you knew was true. What was the feedback and how did you react to it?

I actually recommend this, if they have gotten you this far, stick with them!!
