Give an example of when you saw a peer struggling and decided to step in and help ? What was the situation and what actions did you take ? What was the outcome ?
What do you know Visual Basic tool ? How do you work on that tool ?
2 interviews in total, each lasting 1h. Questions vary from "tell me about a time you did not agree with a colleague", "tell me about a time you had to say no to a client", "tell me about your previous expereince" , "why amazon". Keep in mind you have to know well their leadership priciples.
