The first round had questions about experience as it pertained to the job description. The second round had no questions but "tell me about your experience with...". It was very vague and uninspired. I was offered another round and declined to move forward.

Nothing was unexpected since I have been in the industry for a long time.
None of the questions were unusual... though some of the online testing was a bit outdated and odd.

There were none. The greatest emphisis of selection was based on a personality profile test.
