They use Korn Ferry tests which are a waste of time as don't assess true working skill or experience. It would be more suitable to find the right fit for the company based on character and experience instead of 3 childish tests that would never be applied in a working environment. Seems that the company has lots of test passers with poor job skills and no experience.
