Have you ever had to have a tough conversation with someone and how did you do that? What is a challenge you’d face when advising a BDM who is set in their way and essentially thinks they know more than you? What do you know about the role? How would you advise a BDM to follow employment laws? Employee is pregnant but company wants to terminate, what would you advise the employer?
