What recommendation would you make as an Operations Manager
They asked my leadershyip style.
No difficult questions. All were behavioral and experience related. Pretty traditional.
First, they asked my name then why asked I quit my current job. (I left my job 2 months earlier). Whether I had my release letter or not. I told them yes I have. Then they are researching why I left my job in fact they mocked me that I could make a fake release letter !! I mean seriously !!! I replied that they can do cross chack if they have any doubts. But they didn't ask any job-related questions!! There was a total 4 people on the viva board and they are very unprofessional. It seemed like they were interested in my ex-job not my qualities even though they didn't ask me anything about their job responsibilities !!! Typical Bangali people everywhere.
