It was an awful experience. it felt like an interrogation. ive never had to put in so much work into an interview. It felt like I was giving consulting services for free. There were multiple case studies and follow ups. It FELT LIKE they were not actually looking to fill the position but interviewing qualified candidates, handing them their current situation as case studies and getting them to churn out solutions and reports for free.
