However the interview started with questions about myself and my career journey and why I am the right person for the job. Thé interview with the hiring manager was an hour long. The in country executive interview was more interactive with questions on market trends, your participation in the evolution or innovation of the industry and how you think you will impact the organization and the industry when you join.
If you’re in the US, just be prepared that the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - while very personable and easy to talk to - does not seem to be aware what questions are illegal to ask here.
