They really are looking for someone who is willing to do some grunt work - I was asked if I would be okay with doing transactional day-to-day work.
The interviewing process was very interactive and involved a more hands on technique. The company provided email examples then the candidate would have to respond to the email and provide exceptional customer service. You also had to view a script and role play with the interviewer.
