What is your experience
Describe a time when you didn't agree with you boss and how you overcame that
The biggest question was are you ready to work and devote you whole time to the complexity and requirements for this position.
The group interview contained some very difficult technical questions, but the toughest was about how I would establish a security-conscious culture where there was none.
What is the least valuable skill that you bring?
I don't recall any really difficult question. In fact I was surprised at the ease of the qualification.
In this position, they are looking for book smarts and not for security experts. They do not care if you have IT security experience. They are looking for a person that knows the terms "Due diligence, risk mitigation, ...". A CISSP is great. People with technical skills will have a hard time getting in.
