Questions targeted both breadth as well as depth of knowledge. There was a lot of technical problem solving. I was asked to rate myself on a scale of 1 to 10.
What was the most challenging project you've ever had?
What’s the most secure operating system?
Behavioral stuff. And some basic networking (what are the three steps in a three way handshake, have you used TCPdump, how can you use TCPdump to passively map a network, what do you know about IDSes) Also I struggled with: tell me of a time when you worked with a client to meet a mutual goal. I could not think of anything on the fly, but came up with a good answer afterwards.
