The questions were all the same that have been posted on here previously, so that helped. They were all competency based questions and you had to use the STAR format to answer them. What do you know about Ofgem. Give an example of how you managed conflict. Give an example of a time you made a change.

General questions about working WITH the team. The person in this role earlier was handsoff and didnt have communications skills(per the interview team)
all the questions asked were non-technical, things like sharing stuff on your resume, or greatest strength greatest weakness. the interview process is very casual (although i believe they observe alot on your body language and spoken language and basically how you carry youself) and the idea for them is to get to know you better while you get to know them better.
