During the conference call, the gentlemen asked me a question about a project I did during my junior year (it was on my resume). Kind of hit me off guard and my response didn't really answer the question.
What do you think are the most important skills for a BA (business analyst)? Discuss a project you have worked with a client on and the outcomes of that project. Discuss project management experiences (more focused on technical piece). What about your prior experience would make you a good candidate for this position?
There were many questions about my background, work history, and management styles. There was also a lot of discussion centered around the mission of the organization and its culture. They are very proud of the culture they have created and it is paying off. It has been an absolutely great job change for me. I am very excited to have made the move here and joined this organization.
