The most difficult questions you may face are senario based. They will present you with a situation and ask for you to provide them a plan of action on how you would resolve it. In my interview, I was presented with the situation of our inbound call systems and agent time card applications going offline at the same time.
What is DNS, if you had multiple people requesting your services, how would prioritize to determine who you help first? What is an IP address? What is a VLAN?
Do you have any overwhelming debts that could disqualify you from a required security clearance? A non detrimental credit check is required for certain positions in the military. Drug test and background check are required.

What would you do if a user called and said that their printer wasn't printing?
