I seemed to be asked a lot of questions about the tools that they used. I felt like I was telling them how to use their tools, because they were not well exposed to the tools. I could see why they felt the job could be stressful because of the lack of knowledge of their tools. They asked about my current salary, and informed me that that was more than Carolina Healthcare would be willing to pay, and discussed the pay range for the job, which was 20,000 less that what I am currently making.

I said I havent, but described why I think I would be able to pick it up quickly. For example, saying I had extensive experience in OOO languages like Java/C++.
