Phone interviews asked one question related to database index optimization, which is beyond my knowledge, kind of trying to test ability to solve problems you never met
What has made you a good leader?
The first question they asked was about sponsorship to work in US. As I would have required sponsorship in future, they did not proceed further.
I was asked about whether I took part in any activities here. It totally took me off guard because I had only arrived in the states few months before and still adjusted to life here. I did not take this question well.
