Discovery - obtaining relevant information about the job to see whether I fit as a potential candidate. Questions were asked around my previous experience and the potential relevancy to Onfido's current tool set. Interviews - several interviews were conducted with potential team, HR and senior management. Questions were based around relevancy of previous experience, tools used, cultural fit and expectations. Feedback - finally another meeting was arranged to discuss feedback of interviews conducted previously, my feedback and thoughts and company feedback and thoughts. Offer - finally once successful in the process I was offered a job and accepted immediately!
