Briefly explained the job duties requirements and asked me if I would be interested in the job. I stated I would be very interested. The "interview" took no longer than 5 minutes. Mike stated that he will follow up with me in 2 days to let me know 1 way or the other. 3 days go by and no call. I attempted to contact and left numerous voicemail messages but never go a courtesy call back to tell me at least he is not interested. The experience was very unprofessional on the part of this manager. There was no interview. Just showing me around the warehouse and that's it. I do not know how the determination to hire somebody is made. I would not want to work for this manager if that is how he would treat his prospective employees.
