In my 16 years of experience I have never been met with such a case of disrespect and disregard for another person. Maybe other parts of the department are better, I do not know. But if you are applying to the sector to do with Salesforce I would definitely avoid it completely. Do better, you are a big enough company to know better.
Questions were project based scenarios which required answers suitable for those scenarios. Coding and admin related questions were also there.
