- Are you willing to help with project budgeting? - Are you willing to help out the BAs?... If your BAs are advanced in Agile, they should not need the help of a Scrum Master to complete their tasks, they should self-manage/self-organize and complete the tasks themselves... - What frameworks do you use? ...etc. The recruiter just mainly asked basic questions and gave no clear information about what they expected of the role. It sounded like they needed a desperate candidate willing to do whatever is thrown at them.
