To get the questions, simply take the requirements and qualifications from the job post and ask ChatGPT to create screening questions as a Recruiter. That's it. Easy! The recruiter asked very superficial questions and was not able to provide more details of the project, since she didn't seem to have any idea of the basics of the tech stack she was looking for.

I have taken the pain to write detailed feedback as a ‘thank you’ note to the VP of engineering. My interview with him was among my BEST interview experiences, I was so driven and looking forward to the next rounds. The next round was with 2 inexperienced engineers, I regret interviewing with these two. I badly want to let the VP and others know that they are relying on folks that are not only inexperienced engineers, but they are also inexperienced interviewers too, all through the interview they were struggling with questions; candidate and the organization always pay the price for bad interviewing ethics. As an interviewer, I use to prepare like a candidate, interviewers cannot just walk into interviews and look blank or out of question, it looks horrible. Two guys kicked off the interview talking about the project and what they are looking for. One of them was constantly quiet and spoke only when the other guy invoked him (these kinds of silent uninvested people always do a lot of damage). Then I was asked to speak about my experience and we did a q & a session. They asked me about 20-30 questions and I was able to answer all but 2, we disagreed on 2 questions as follows; 12-factor apps: I don’t think too much of 12-factor apps because this is mostly for beginners, mine might be 20-factor apps. Looked like they googled “50 Microservices interview question” and started asking them, when I explained more complex things, it seemed like I am overcomplicating, its mainly because of their lack of experience. Security for individual API: I was explaining to them the concept of “Productization” of API's as it pertains to reverse proxies, one of the interviewer said that it was wrong and that API's should have individual logins, only an inexperienced person can make such a comment. Anyone that handles the scale of API's know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to manage individual logins of 100’s of API's with thousands of keys and passphrase. Clearly, they haven’t done any serious work. VP and others, you guys are doing well, you need to have more serious interviewers, it was like being interviewed by a bunch of toddlers.
