I liked practical tasks the most.
There were quite a lot of them. I liked practical cases and tests.
Questions ranged from usual recruitment agenda, to employer branding, EVP and talent retention.
What technology and/or products do you find exciting or compelling? Why do those interest you? Beyond filling roles, how do you provide value to a company's recruiting efforts?
One interviewer asked me to interview her as if she were the one interviewing. Other than that most of the questions were the kind of things you would expect.
