They asked me to walk them through a work sample, then asked how I design assessments and engaging learning activities. They asked for an example of how I've dealt with a tight deadline line or challenging personality at work in the past. They also asked how I would deal with it if a SME designed their own course and just handed it to me to put online.

I can't tell you because I didn't get as far as being offered an interview!
