1-1 Interview was strength based questions, mainly the interviewer asking questions in quick succession about how you work in a team, under pressure, adapt, how would friends and family describe you, why do you want to work at SF Assessment Centre consisted of different tasks over half a day. 1st task was an paired exercise with a assessor observing. Was given a made up scenario about flooding impacting the power plants operational ability, had to discuss solutions and present back to assessor as a pair. 2. Then was given a presentation topic on the spot - ''how did covid 19 impact project management in the uk'' Had 20 minutes to plan this and 10 mins to present back to 1 assessor after. 3. After that it was a technical interview looking to gauge project management experience.

I was asked too many questions, from multiple individuals, who some were a pleasure to speak with. Most of the questions asked during the many interviews were not even relevant to the position of which I had applied, and the process for hiring is prehistoric and undoubtedly outdated.
