They give you 4 or 5 questions to solve, 1 is already solved but you have to "fix" it because it is buggy. Then they also give you a set of 4 or 5 bonus questions, which I only attempted 1 because I was running out of time, but solved all the "mandatory" problems.

Hypothetical scenario question... Your team has a technical lead who is generally personable, albeit slightly quirky in personality, but somewhat low functioning. His team likes him, but he does not produce very much work, if at all. His time is spent primarily in meetings, but the meetings are not ones with actionable outcomes. In person, explain your thoughts on this individual and how you as the team’s Manager would like to proceed.
What is it the best? The best is the section you think is the best, not the better not the latest. You should overcome it. In order to survive you must do your best.
